R-Ranch Foundation and Alive Day Foundation are building a new national model centered around emotional intelligence, leadership development, accountability, mentorship, purpose-driven living, and long-term human transformation.

Alive Day Foundation was created to support combat-wounded active-duty military personnel and their families as they navigate the invisible weight carried long after combat — trauma, traumatic brain injury, isolation, emotional exhaustion, loss of structure, and the difficult process of reintegration while continuing military service.

The Alive Day Foundation program is designed as an intensive 3-month onsite experience where active-duty service members step into an environment focused on restoration, emotional resilience, healing, structure, mentorship, wellness, and lifelong support.

Participants return to active duty stronger, more connected, and more supported — while remaining part of the Alive Day Foundation community for life.

R-Ranch Foundation expands that same philosophy into the next generation.

A community where experienced leaders pour into children ages 9–12 during one of the most formative seasons of their lives.

The Pay It Forward program is led by outside mentors and experienced community leaders who are dedicated to shaping children's character, confidence, and life skills. Set on R-Ranch's 250 acres, this program runs alongside the Alive Day Foundation, two distinct missions sharing one extraordinary space.
